The Wonderful Company continues to expand its wine leadership with the appointment of Alysha Lee as vice president of hospitality to oversee guest experience strategy and operations for The Wonderful Company’s wine portfolio. Lee’s appointment further strengthens The Wonderful Company’s strategic commitment to elevated on-property experiences across all three of its wine brands – a key driver of long-term direct-to-consumer growth. In her role, she will oversee estate operations, culinary and event programming, guest experience standards, and trade and membership offerings.
Wonderful’s award-winning wine business includes the JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery Estate and Downtown Tasting Room in Paso Robles, and its five-star accommodations at the JUST INN along with the MICHELIN-Starred The Restaurant at JUSTIN; the recently opened Lewis Cellars on Napa’s Silverado Trail; and Landmark Vineyards’ two properties in Sonoma – the Kenwood Estate and historic Hop Kiln Estate in Russian River Valley.
Lee brings more than two decades of hospitality leadership with some of California’s most respected wineries and luxury properties. Most recently, she served as senior director of direct-to-consumer at Joseph Phelps Vineyards, where she expanded its experiential offerings and culinary programming, strengthened member retention, and implemented operational systems that enhanced performance and guest satisfaction.
“Hospitality is the foundation of how guests experience our wines, estates, and brands,” said Steve Myers, president of wine, The Wonderful Company. “As more consumers seek meaningful, immersive experiences, we were looking for a leader who could elevate our hospitality offerings. Alysha’s blend of strategic vision and hands-on operational expertise will strengthen our experiences across wine, culinary, and lodging.”
Each of the Wonderful Company wine estates has unique hospitality offerings:
In addition to developing award-winning wines and hospitality experiences, each of these wineries is deeply committed to the regions in which they operate. Established in 2013, The Wonderful Company’s Wine Region Community Grants have dedicated more than $3.3MM directly to the communities of Paso Robles, Napa and Sonoma.
