ALYSHA LEE JOINS THE WONDERFUL COMPANY AS HEAD OF HOSPITALITY FOR ITS WINE PORTFOLIO

Lee to Propel the Continued Growth of Award-Winning Hospitality Experiences at JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, Lewis Cellars, and Landmark Vineyards

PASO ROBLES, Calif. | Jan 12, 2026

The Wonderful Company continues to expand its wine leadership with the appointment of Alysha Lee as vice president of hospitality to oversee guest experience strategy and operations for The Wonderful Company’s wine portfolio. Lee’s appointment further strengthens The Wonderful Company’s strategic commitment to elevated on-property experiences across all three of its wine brands – a key driver of long-term direct-to-consumer growth. In her role, she will oversee estate operations, culinary and event programming, guest experience standards, and trade and membership offerings.

Wonderful’s award-winning wine business includes the JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery Estate and Downtown Tasting Room in Paso Robles, and its five-star accommodations at the JUST INN along with the MICHELIN-Starred The Restaurant at JUSTIN; the recently opened Lewis Cellars on Napa’s Silverado Trail; and Landmark Vineyards’ two properties in Sonoma – the Kenwood Estate and historic Hop Kiln Estate in Russian River Valley.

Lee brings more than two decades of hospitality leadership with some of California’s most respected wineries and luxury properties. Most recently, she served as senior director of direct-to-consumer at Joseph Phelps Vineyards, where she expanded its experiential offerings and culinary programming, strengthened member retention, and implemented operational systems that enhanced performance and guest satisfaction.

“Hospitality is the foundation of how guests experience our wines, estates, and brands,” said Steve Myers, president of wine, The Wonderful Company. “As more consumers seek meaningful, immersive experiences, we were looking for a leader who could elevate our hospitality offerings. Alysha’s blend of strategic vision and hands-on operational expertise will strengthen our experiences across wine, culinary, and lodging.”

Each of the Wonderful Company wine estates has unique hospitality offerings:

  • JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, a pioneer of Paso Robles winemaking, was founded in 1981 and is known for crafting world-class wines using Bordeaux grape varieties, including its flagship ISOSCELES red blend. World-renowned for its hospitality services, the Paso Robles vineyard estate features five-star accommodations at the JUST INN and a MICHELIN-Starred dining experience at The Restaurant at JUSTIN. Additional accolades include being awarded Five Stars by Forbes Travel Guide, Five Diamonds by AAA, receiving the Condé Nast Johansens Award for Best Meetings and Events Location in North America, and The Restaurant at JUSTIN securing a spot on the Top 1000 Best Restaurants in the World list by LA LISTE.
  • Lewis Cellars is a luxury Napa Valley winery with more than 30 years of rich legacy crafting opulent big reds and sexy chardonnays. Lewis captures the attention of in-the-know wine connoisseurs, having been named Wine Spectator’s Wine of the Year in 2016 for its Cabernet Sauvignon. In 2025, Lewis elevated its guest experience with the opening of its new design-forward tasting room in Napa’s renowned Stags Leap District on Silverado Trail. The new Estate offers guests an immersive indoor/outdoor tasting experience complemented by an elevated culinary program.
  • Landmark Vineyards, located in Sonoma, California, has produced handcrafted, ultra-premium Chardonnay and Pinot Noir since 1974. The brand is renewing its focus on direct-to-consumer experiences, deepening guest engagement across its properties. Its Kenwood estate provides an inviting setting for tastings, weddings, and private events, while the Hop Kiln Estate, a registered California Historical Landmark, extends Landmark’s hospitality offerings with a second distinctive tasting room experience.

In addition to developing award-winning wines and hospitality experiences, each of these wineries is deeply committed to the regions in which they operate. Established in 2013, The Wonderful Company’s Wine Region Community Grants have dedicated more than $3.3MM directly to the communities of Paso Robles, Napa and Sonoma.
