THE WONDERFUL COMPANY BOLSTERS ITS WINE BUSINESS WITH SALES LEADERSHIP HIRES

New Executives Will Lead Commercial Strategy for JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, Lewis Cellars and Landmark Vineyards

LOS ANGELES | Sep 03, 2025

The Wonderful Company’s wine business has announced three strategic hires to enhance the commercial capabilities for its portfolio, which includes JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery in Paso Robles, Lewis Cellars in Napa, and Landmark Vineyards in Sonoma. As the brands continue to grow their wholesale presence in an increasingly competitive market, these new roles bring regional leadership, driving opportunity and discovery of Wonderful’s award-winning wines.

The new executives are:

  • Ian Bannerman as vice president of Sales & Commercial Operations, West, based in California
  • Josh Snoddy as vice president of Sales & Commercial Operations, Central, based in Texas
  • John Moorehead as vice president of Sales & Commercial Operations, East, based in Florida

In their respective roles, Bannerman, Snoddy, and Moorehead will serve as key commercial voices for the three wine brands, aligning sales execution with marketing and operations to deliver growth, visibility, and consumer engagement across all channels. Together, they will lead commercial strategy, oversee regional P&L, drive distributor partnerships, execute pricing and trade programs, and develop regional sales teams to elevate The Wonderful Company’s premium wine portfolio nationwide.

These appointments follow last year’s announcement of Steve Myers as president of Wines, along with John Holder as senior vice president of Sales. The addition of Myers and Holder underscores The Wonderful Company’s continued commitment to building a best-in-class wine organization.

“This moment in the industry presents both extraordinary opportunities and unique challenges. We are embracing those challenges by expanding our sales leadership to meet consumers in their local markets with broader offerings from retail to restaurants and more,” said Myers. “Ian, Josh and John bring decades of experience, deep industry insight, and proven leadership in building high-performing teams that will be instrumental as we continue to scale and showcase the beauty and quality of California’s top wine regions.”

The Wonderful Company wine portfolio includes:

  • JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, a pioneer of Paso Robles winemaking, was founded in 1981 and is known for crafting world-class wines using Bordeaux grape varieties, including its flagship ISOSCELES red blend. The JUSTIN Cabernet Sauvignon is the #1 luxury Cabernet Sauvignon in the nation. The brand recently expanded its wholesale offerings to include the JUSTIN Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and the JUSTIN Central Coast Chardonnay. In addition, the Paso Robles vineyard estate features five-star accommodations at the JUST INN® and a MICHELIN-Starred dining experience at The Restaurant at JUSTIN.
  • Lewis Cellars is a luxury Napa Valley Winery with more than 30 years of rich legacy crafting opulent big reds and sexy chardonnays. Lewis captures the attention of in-the-know wine connoisseurs, having been named Wine Spectator’s Wine of the Year in 2016 for its Cabernet Sauvignon, and offers wholesale and direct-to-consumer offerings. Lewis joined The Wonderful Company portfolio in 2021 and will open its new tasting room in Napa’s renowned Stags Leap District on Silverado Trail in fall 2025.
  • Landmark Vineyards, located in Sonoma California, has been dedicated to producing handcrafted, ultra-premium Chardonnay and Pinot Noir since 1974. Its Hop Kiln Estate is a registered California Historical Landmark and expands Landmark Vineyards’ presence with two tasting rooms and properties in Sonoma and the Russian River Valley. The brand is putting a renewed focus on its direct-to-consumer business.

In addition to developing award-winning wines and hospitality experiences, each of these wineries is deeply committed to the regions in which they operate. Established in 2013, The Wonderful Company’s Wine Region Community Grants have dedicated more than $3.3MM directly to the communities of Paso Robles, Napa and Sonoma.
